Kelvin Boampong
I didn't learn performance from a textbook alone. I've lived it as both an athlete and a coach.
I'm Kelvin Boampong — founder of The Plyo Lab, Under Armour athlete, qualified Strength & Conditioning coach, former professional footballer and 2026 STATSports Combine winner.
My coaching methodology is shaped by the standards of Europe's top five leagues, with experience working with elite players including Eddie Nketiah, Destiny Udogie and Antonio Rüdiger, alongside exposure to world-class performance practitioners such as Paul Winsper.
The Plyo Lab is built to develop what actually transfers to football: speed, acceleration, power, strength, agility, conditioning and durability. Every programme combines applied biomechanics, S&C and football-specific physical preparation into one structured system.
These aren't methods I only coach — I live and test them myself. I've competed, won performance competitions and proven my athletic ability against some of the best athletic footballers across the UK & Ireland.
With 1,000+ athletes coached, The Plyo Lab isn't a collection of random exercises. It's a performance system influenced by elite football, professional players and real competitive experience.
I don't just tell footballers how to perform. I've built my career around proving it.
